Sports and WVUD
The WVUD Sports Department is “The Voice of Blue Hen Sports.” We cover a wide variety of athletic events, from football to basketball to lacrosse and more!
Be sure to check our broadcast schedule to see what upcoming games we will broadcast. You can listen to broadcasts on 91.3 FM or The Basement (HD-2) right from the website’s home page.
We have traveled to a number of states on the East Coast and beyond for road broadcasts of UD Athletics. In recent years, our travels have taken us to Duke, Northwestern, Navy, Rutgers, Princeton, Temple, South Dakota State, Elon, James Madison, Villanova, Towson, Rider, Drexel, Penn State, Hampton, and more. Our coverage has included trips to the FCS Playoffs and NCAA Tournament (March Madness) events.
“The Cage” is our weekly talk show that airs every Thursday from 4-6pm on the FM Station. We host a roundtable discussion covering professional sports news and updates on all University of Delaware athletic programs.
